Our Story
By God’s design, we were introduced at Life University and soon became best friends. We fell in love, got engaged, graduated from chiropractic school together, and were married in November 2023.
After chiropractic school, we decided to move to Chester County and open Deep Rooted in Malvern, PA in June 2023. We were both very passionate about focusing on pediatric and family care and bringing true nervous system health to Joe’s home state!
The blessings continued when we found out we were pregnant with twins at 20 weeks (surprise!) and welcomed our two sweet babies Jordan and Scottie in January 2025. We are so fortunate to have an even greater understanding of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood. The overwhelming love and support we have had from our wonderful DRC community is truly such a gift and we are so grateful to grow our family alongside yours!

Dr. Sydney Trovato
Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-Founder of DRC
Dr. Sydney was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin and is proud to bring some Midwest flair to the greater Philadelphia area!She attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with double minors in Gerontology and Psychology. Dr. Sydney earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University, graduating Magna Cum Laude honors.
Her education led her to find her passion in women’s health, pediatric and perinatal care! She is proficiency certified with the prestigious pediatric group, the Pediatric Experience, and earned her Webster Certification as well as working toward her Perinatal Certification through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA), in order to continue to learn how to provide the utmost best care for her community.

Dr. Joe Trovato
Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-Founder of DRC
Dr. Joe grew up just up the road in Hatboro, PA and is excited to be back serving the east coast! He attended Arcadia University in Glenside, PA and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, while playing collegiate Division III Lacrosse.While earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University, Dr. Joe’s passion soon became focused on pediatric and prenatal care, understanding the importance of creating a solid foundation or roots within a family to ensure families adapt, grow, and thrive.
He is proficiency certified with the Pediatric Experience, a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and is certified in Webster Technique. All of our Chiropractors take extra time training and learning to ensure we provide the best care for our practice members!

She’s our new patient consult specialist, social media guru and is the brains behind a lot of the operations at DRC!In her free time she loves thrifting, making sourdough bread and spending time with her husband and 2 pups!

She handles all questions on care plans, manages the daily flow of our office and is our lead scan tech!When she’s not being her bubbly self at DRC, she’s hiking, spending time with her siblings and weightlifting!

The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) offers Doctors of Chiropractic an opportunity to achieve certification in family wellness chiropractic through advanced academics and clinical studies. The 200-hour curriculum provides the doctor with techniques and protocols of care for children and pregnant women. Dr. Sydney has been working toward her Perinatal Certification , in order to continue to learn how to provide the utmost best care for her community. Both doctors proudly remain members of the ICPA and continue to seek continuing education through this program.

Developed by Dr. Larry Webster, the Webster technique is a safe, gentle analysis and adjustment technique that helps pregnant with pregnancy pains and overall neurological function! The Webster technique is proficient at helping with proper pelvic/sacral alignment, round ligament pain, sciatic pain, allow more room for baby to move, birth outcomes, nervous system regulation, and more.
